“Gourmet Food is on the Go in Miami” / Just down Biscayne Boulevard at 18th St, Chef Jeremiah’s GastroPod — a converted 1962 Airstream with a sunny yellow sign and uberhip typography — is in its usual Friday lunch spot, dishing out the standards, from “Old Dirt Dawg: A Smoky Beef hot dog, potato bun, and stupid slaw,” to “Crispy White Corn Cake: with poached egg, slaw, chipotle crema,” and “2X Banh mi Tacos, with pulled pork and spicy Japanese mayo.”
